I will only reopen the brick & mortar if/when it is safe to do so. I have proof that multiple people and organizations were stalking to entrap me (over literally nothing). I have incredibly low prices on comics and will continue to sell them (they feared my competition). I fear no one, but I will not put myself or others in a dangerous position. I do not support any other local comic shops and I have the right to not support them. I am in the public everyday, have zero convictions, and I am a free man. If you have an issue with me, contact me directly at JBurnette@JustinsComics.Shop - this would help to avoid rumors and harm to others. If you belittle my name with false accusations, I will challenge you to a resolve.
When/if the brick & mortar reopens, I will have security in place and new regulations. Basically, if you buy comics from me (or really anywhere), you need to check the attitude at the door and this is an embarrassing trend in the industry that I will stop. Another thing, this industry is full of are obsessive people including their control perversions; if I have any indication that you are stalking me then you will be banned and I am not here to be quizzed about my sexuality. I have a strong cause against pedophilia and stalkers. If you are into legal vice, then there are legal avenues such as I like going to Hooters or maybe some guys like strip clubs (not my thing but legal in some avenues). What I'm getting at is that I enjoy the legal vice like anyone else and I may offer adult comics behind the counter, but there were obvious trends of stalking and borderline to outright pedophilia in the industry. From the comic movie explosion to the everyday inclusion in life such as apparel, the comic industry should be doing much better and they should be listening to me. Let me make it clear - I am an extremist in legal avenues, but I will not accept being treated unequally, and if I am treated unequally then I will continue to point out the wrongs.
Update: Don't go to Saint Peters Mo Hooters, Read Blog Post On Escorting
After almost five years of business, I want it to go on record that I never had a representative attempt to set a professional meeting with me from any comic distributor including Penguin Random House and Diamond Comics as well as any publishers such as Marvel. Even Diamond has only had secret shops or surprises; never once has a comic distributor representative or publisher set a meeting.
