The App offers coupon codes that can only be found on the app. Through the app, you can link to our website to shop or preorder merchandise. Also, you can follow our social media pages on Facebook and Twitter as well as we provide informational updates through our blog feed. We will be updating the app periodically so keep an eye out for changes.

Cash Coupon Expired, Orders Placed Still Valid

Unfortunately, we have to discontinue the cash coupon code since it has been overused. Orders already placed with the cash coupon code will still be honored; if you would like those orders canceled please let us know. If you did not use the coupon or have paid for preorders, then you have nothing to worry about. We are making changes going forward to make it easier for us to continue adequate service and for you to continue to receive great prices. The system for pulls before the shutdown is no longer in use and the new system is all done by preorders online.

The new system is now simple:

*You can preorder items on the store online with secure payment through PayPal or Square for shipping or in-store pickup.

*You can buy items in-store with our Weekly Sales still in effect through 2020 or purchase items on our online store.

*For items not preordered, we will only do same day pulls.

We pay for comics either weeks in advance, on arrival, or shortly after receiving them. Some stores make arrangements such as for a 30 day advance or consignment, but we prefer to get things paid as soon as possible which helped us during the shutdown since we were not delinquent on any payments or bills.

We hope that you are understanding with the changes going forward. This will not affect the in-store shopping experience, and as stated, our weekly sales are set to continue through 2020.

Justin's Comics is now hiring part time employees to begin May 2020. We are located at 500 South 5th Street, St. Charles, MO 63301.

The starting wage for a cross trained employee is $12 per hour and inventory employee is $9.45 per hour. Current positions available are for 5 to 10 hours per week. Position may lead to more hours, but employee must be satisfied with 5-10 hours per week. Business hours are Noon-8 pm: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. We are closed Thursday and Sunday except for special sale events.

Requirements:
*Experience in retail and with a cash register
*At least some knowledge of comic books
*Must be at work on time and have good work attendance
*Must have reliable transportation
*Must have work and personal references
*Subject to background check and drug test

We are looking for customer-friendly employees. Justin's Comics promotes a friendly and fun work atmosphere. This is a perfect supplemental job for students, people already employed, or someone just looking for part-time work. Job description for a cross trained employee involves working a register, customer service, cleaning, and a variety of other duties, while working at a steady pace. Justin’s Comics is also a UPS Access Point so employees must be capable of dealing with packages and the computer device for inventory.

Positions and Pay Rates at Justin’s Comics
*Cross Trained Employees: $12 per hour, raise to $12.50 (July 2020), raise to $13.25 (July 2021), raise to $13.75 (July 2022), raise to $14.25 (2023)
*Inventory Employees: $9.45 per hour, raise to $9.75 (July 2020), raise to $10.75 (July 2021), raise to $11.50 (July 2022), raise to $12.50 (July 2023)

In-Store ReOpens Monday May 4th: Weekly Sales Continue, Pulls Now Online

We are reopening In-Store Monday May 4th 2020. Our Weekly Sales are still in effect. Any preorders/orders placed online will be the price that was charged while being placed and may be picked up when available during store hours. All pulls are now through our preorder system online. In-Store purchases not placed through our online system will go by our Weekly Sales listed below. We are limiting the store occupancy to 7 customers inside at a time (1 to 2 store employees). We have social distancing markers on the floor for customers to abide by. Curbside pickup and shipping still available.

Note On Pulls:
As of now, we are doing all pulls through our preorder system online. We have saved some inventory back to replenish the online inventory if quick sellouts happen. We will continue to give great discounts going forward, but we must have policies in place for us to do so. We thank all of you for being great customers and please stay safe.

New Pull Regulations:
*You can now do your pulls by preorder through our website, www.JustinsComics.Shop. If you are paying by card, then simply order through the site (if cash or in-person payment please see below).

*Pay through our website securely via Square or PayPal with free shipping for orders over $45 ($3 per item for shipping less than $45) or select curbside pickup. If you have trouble finding something, please use the search feature or the drop down menu. We have also revamped the site for easier mobile navigation. Default setting for 15% tip is optional.

*If you are an approved pull customer and prefer to pay by cash or with card in person, please message us on social media or email at JBurnette@JustinsComics.Shop for a coupon code to pay by cash. We do not make this code public since random unapproved people could use the cash payment code for a large order and not pickup or deplete the inventory.

*Unpaid pulls will only be kept for three Wednesdays (two weeks); for example unpaid pulls for comics released April 28th-29th will be restocked after Wednesday May 13th. If you pay via the website, you do not have to worry about your pulls being restocked for up to three months (at that time we’ll contact you for pickup arrangement).

*We are working on changes or additions to ongoing pull subscriptions, but as of now preorders will be the easiest and safest way for all of us. You can still contact us for in-store inventory that is not listed online, same day pick up only. The preorder system may be used from now on for pulls and we’ll keep you notified of any changes or additions.
