During my time off, I have uncovered an escorting ring located at Hooters Saint Peters, MO (Captain Obvious). They banned me without giving me reason which is against my Civil Rights. I have done multiple information drops with names of escorts who worked at that location and I could dig up more names. They have a system set up ripe for escorting without any security or proper training for the dining experience that they purport.
Many are often on drugs. I have had sex actions directly offered to me there as well as other obvious escorting activity. It would be nice to have a safe outlet for males to go (and females or families), but it's not the cheerleader/girlfriend type of waitress experience any more; it's all about leaving the right tip and meeting after their shift. The wings used to be decent, but the last time I was in they tasted horrible.
