Shortage Replacements
Right now, distributors are experiencing extreme delays and Diamond Comic Distributors is shorting orders that were placed correctly by us. These issues appear to be happening nationwide and to other local vendors as well.
Some shortages may take up to four weeks to fill. If the shortages do not fill within four to five weeks, then we may make a decision to cancel/refund specific items ordered. If you would like a refund before that time period, please let us know and we will cancel/refund immediately (usually takes 2-3 days to appear on account). For items shipped, if there is a significant delay for a shorted item replacement, then we may ship it at a separate time.
Once again, this is not an error by us. We are placing orders correctly and we are filling the vast majority of preordered items over a course of time. We appreciate your business and will continue to move forward.
